Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases, registrations, private event inquiries, and use of the Creative Corner website and studio services.

By placing an order, registering for an event, booking a private party, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Studio Events and Workshops

Registration is required for ticketed workshops and studio events unless otherwise stated.

Spaces are limited and are reserved once payment is successfully completed.

Participants are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival may reduce the amount of time available to complete the project, and the studio cannot guarantee additional instruction or extended session time.

Event descriptions, recommended ages, times, materials, and other details are listed on the applicable event page.

Creative Corner may make reasonable adjustments to projects, materials, instructors, or event details when necessary.

2. Cancellations, Refunds and Rescheduling

Cancellations, refunds, transfers, studio credits, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Customers should review that policy before purchasing an event ticket or registering for a program.

3. Private Parties

Submitting a private party inquiry does not reserve or guarantee a date.

A private event is considered confirmed only after:

• Creative Corner confirms the date and event details; and
• Any required deposit or payment has been received.

Pricing may vary depending on the selected project, number of participants, event duration, materials, customization, and optional add-ons.

Additional participants or requests added after booking may result in additional charges.

Final guest counts and other requested event details must be provided by the deadline communicated by Creative Corner.

4. Private Party Deposits

Where a deposit is required, the date is not reserved until the deposit has been paid.

Any cancellation or rescheduling terms applicable to a private party will be communicated before the booking is finalized and may differ from policies for standard studio events.

5. Children and Minors

Children must meet the age requirements stated for the applicable workshop or program.

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for providing accurate registration information for minors.

Depending on the event, Creative Corner may require a parent or guardian to remain on-site or complete a participation waiver.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for informing Creative Corner of any relevant accommodations, allergies, or other information necessary for safe participation.

6. Participant Conduct

Creative Corner is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Participants may be asked to leave if their behavior is unsafe, severely disruptive, damaging to property, or inappropriate toward staff or other guests.

If a participant is removed for such conduct, a refund is not guaranteed.

7. Food and Beverages

Certain private events and studio programs may allow guests to bring outside food, drinks, cakes, or decorations.

Customers are responsible for the food and beverages they bring into the studio, including dietary restrictions and allergies.

Alcohol is not permitted unless Creative Corner.

8. Artwork and Creative Results

Art workshops are creative experiences, and individual results will vary.

Examples, instructor samples, photographs, and promotional images are provided as inspiration and do not guarantee that a participant's finished artwork will look identical.

Some materials may require drying, curing, firing, sealing, or later pickup where applicable. Any such requirements will be explained for the relevant event.

9. Original Artwork Purchases

Original paintings and original works of art are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

Customers should review artwork dimensions, materials, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

10. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and charges will be shown at checkout where required.

Creative Corner reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccurate product information before fulfilling an order.

Payment must be successfully completed before a ticket, product, or reservation is considered purchased unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

11. Event Changes or Cancellation by Creative Corner

Creative Corner may occasionally need to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event because of circumstances such as instructor availability, severe weather, emergencies, insufficient enrollment, building issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If Creative Corner cancels an event, affected customers will be offered the remedies described in our Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

12. Photography and Media

Creative Corner may photograph or record studio activities for promotional purposes only where appropriate permission has been obtained.

Participation in an event does not automatically constitute permission to use an identifiable participant's image where separate consent is required.

13. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings while visiting Creative Corner.

Creative Corner is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged personal items except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

14. Studio Property and Damage

Participants are expected to use studio equipment, materials, furnishings, and property appropriately.

Customers may be responsible for damage caused intentionally or through unreasonable misuse by themselves or members of their party.

15. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, photographs, designs, instructional materials, logos, graphics, website content, and other original content belonging to Creative Corner or Suzan may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or commercially used without permission.

Purchasing an artwork or attending a workshop does not transfer copyright or intellectual-property rights in the original design or instructional materials.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creative Corner is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in studio activities or use of the website.

18. Changes to These Terms

Creative Corner may update these Terms from time to time.

The version posted on the website at the time of purchase or registration will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
